In the morning hours on Saturday 31 August 2013, the police investigation department summoned 10 Fatah activists to its office.
The summoned persons presented themselves at the apparatus office on the next day.
The police detained them for few hours and released them at 4:00 pm on the same day.
In their affidavits, the summoned persons stated that the police interrogated them about Fatah activities in Beit Hanoun.
The police forced them to sign a document committing them not to practice any Fatah related activity.

Mohammed Sabri Al Kafarna, 37; and
Mohammed Subhi Al Kafarna, 28.
