At approximately 4:00 am on Wednesday 24 July 2013, unknown persons attacked An-Nusierat Service Club in An-Nusierat refugee camp.
They tore up pictures of martyrs Ibrahim Abu Ishkiyan, poured painting materials on the ground, and tore up soccer nets.
The UNDP had observed and paid for the rehabilitation of the hall in June 2013.
The police arrived at the place and opened an investigation into the incident.
