At approximately 3:30 pm on Wednesday 17 October 2012, Gaza’s internal Security Apparatus arrested Bassam Kamal Mousa Al Ashqar, 23. In his affidavit to Al Mezan, Bassam’s brother stated that a jeep arrived at a shop for motorcycle spare parts owned by his brother Bassam and is located near his house in An-Nuseirat refugee camp and arrested his brother. 30 minutes later, another force arrested Ahmed Jihad Mousa Al Ashqar, 23. They are still in detention when this piece of news was being published.
