At approximately 9:00 am on Saturday 29 September 2012, the Gaza Government's internal security apparatus summoned Faiyz Mohammed Abu 'Itta, 43, the spokesperson of Fatah movement to its office in Jabaliya refugee camp.
At approximately 6:00 pm on the same day, the apparatus released him but only after issuing him another summons to appear on Sunday 30 September 2012.
He was detained for two hours and then released again when he presented himself at the Apparatus office on Sunday, but he was also issued another summons to appear at the apparatus office on Monday 15 October 2012.
Abu ‘Itta is Fatah spokesperson and the summons is political in nature.
