At approximately 4:00 pm on Friday 28 September 2012, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested three children as they approached the northern separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel northeast As-Saiyafa area north of Beit Lahiya, North Gaza district. Al Mezan has identified them as follows: · Sakher Zaher Obied Abu Shabab, 17; · Akram Mohammed Eid Abu Qiyada, 13; and · Yaser Ahmed Suliman Abu Jarad, 16. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, all of them are residents of Ezbet Beit Hanoun. They were trying to sneak across the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel when the IOF arrested them.
