At approximately 9:00 am on Thursday 5 July 2012, internal security apparatus summoned Ayman Abed Rabbo Abu Al Kas, 42, to its office in Jabaliya refugee camp, in North Gaza district. The reasons behind his summons were not known. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Abu Al Kas is a former security agent of the Ramallah Palestinian Authority, which is now inactive in Gaza. On 15 July 2012, the apparatus released him
