At approximately 8:30 pm on Sunday 1 July 2012 , the Internal Security Apparatus arrested Islam Mohammed Hassan Masoud, 29, while he was sitting in front of his house in the Tal Al-Za’tar neighborhood in Jabaliya, North Gaza district. He was taken to an unknown location. The reasons for the arrest remain unclear. Masoud is a Fatah activist.
