At approximately 3:00 pm on Sunday 17 June 2012, the Internal Security Apparatus summoned Yihya Ibrahim Saleem Al Madhoun, 32, to its office in North Gaza district.
, Al Madhoun presented himself at the Apparatus office at approximately 6:00 pm on the same day and was detained for several hours.
At approximately 10:30 pm on the same day, the Apparatus released him after issuing him another summons to appear the next day.
At approximately 9:00 am on Monday, Al Madhoun again went to the Apparatus office, where he was detained until 3:00 pm.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, Al Madhoun stated that the reason for his summons and detention was an article he wrote on internal incidents that took place on 14 June 2007.
Al Madhoun is a resident of Mashrou’ Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district.
