At approximately 1:30 pm on Tuesday 27 December 2011, the Internal Security Apparatus summoned Fayiz Mohammed Mahmoud Abu Itta, 43, a Fatah spokesperson, to its office in Jabaliya refugee camp.
The Apparatus informed him that the Hamas movement has banned organization of ceremonies celebrating the 46th anniversary of Fatah’s founding.
At approximately 2:30 pm on the same day, the Apparatus released him.
Abu Itta is a resident of Mashrou’ Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district.
