At approximately 18:00 on Saturday, 12 November 2011, a violent dispute erupted between two families in the town of Deir Al Balah.
As a result, a 13-year-old girl was killed and her father, brother, and another two persons were injured.
According to the information available to Al Mezan Center for Human Rights, a verbal dispute erupted between two family members in the east of Deir Al Balah.
The dispute then became violent when small arms were used.
As a result, Daliya Mustafa Abu Ghraba, 13, was killed after sustaining a bullet wound in the head.
Four other persons were injured in the feud.
Al Mezan identified them as follows:
· Saher Mustafa Abu Ghraba, 16, sustained a bullet wound in the head;
· His father Mustafa Oda Abu Gharaba, 52, sustained a bullet wound in his right leg;
· Yousif Salim Abu Gharaba, 48, sustained a bullet wound in his chest; and
· Ghasan Yousif Abu Gharaba, 26, sustained a bullet wound in his right arm.
Saher was admitted to Shifa Hospital in Gaza City due to the severity of his injury.
The other 3 injured persons were admitted to Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al Balah.
Police rushed to the scene of the feud, surrounded the area, erected a checkpoint, and arrested suspected persons for interrogation.
