Internal Security Apparatus Summons Four Fatah Youth Activists at Al Quds Open University

At approximately 8:00 am on Wednesday 5 October 2011, the Internal Security Apparatus summoned four Fatah Youth activists at Al Quds Open University, North Gaza district branch, to its office in Jabaliya refugee camp.
  Al Mezan has identified the four as follows:  ·         Mahmoud Al Kahlout, member of the university’s student council; ·         Ibrahim Lubad, coordinator of the Fatah Youth Movement at the university; ·         Fadi Abu Warda, and; ·         Sameh Hamed, both from the administrative board of Fatah Youth.
At approximately 12:00 pm on the same day, the Apparatus released them.
At approximately 8:00 am the following day, Thursday 6 October 2011, the Apparatus summoned Hossam Al ‘Ajoari, a member of the student council.
  At midnight on the same day, the Internal Security Apparatus released him, but only after issuing him another summons to present himself at the Apparatus office at 8:00 am the next day.
  On Sunday 9 October 2011, he was released at 1:30 pm after being issued another summons to present himself at the Apparatus office on 11 October 2011.
The Apparatus interrogated the youths about the activities of the Fatah Youth Movement, their distribution of a statement congratulating recent graduates of the university, and some of the social activities of the Fatah Youth Movement.
