At approximately 9:00 am on Monday 12 September 2011, Internal Security Apparatus summoned two Fatah members to its office in Khan Younis.
Al Mezan has identified their names as follows:
· Iyad Subhi Safi, 31, and
· Jaber Mohammed Al ‘Akkad, 27.
They were interrogated about their Fatah activities.
At approximately 2:00 pm on the same day, the Internal Security Apparatus released Jaber Al ‘Akkad, but only after issuing him another summons to appear at the Apparatus office on Thursday 15 September 2011.
At approximately 9:00 pm on the same day, the Apparatus released Iyad Subhi, also after issuing him another summons to appear in the morning hours on Thursday.
