At approximately 11am on Tuesday 30 November 2010, the Gaza Government's internal security apparatus arrested Nedal Suhail 'Ajaj Al Wahedi, 19, a Fatah activist in North Gaza district.
According to Al Mezan's field investigations, an arrest warrant was issued against Nedal and he was detained at the apparatus office in Jabalia refugee camp.
At approximately 2:30pm on the same day, the apparatus appeared at Nedal's house and searched it.
Verbal dispute between Nedal's uncle, Mahmoud 'Ajaj Al Wahedi, 30, and the apparatus erupted.
The force arrested Nedal's uncle and transferred him to the police station in Jabalia refugee camp.
At around 10pm on the same day, Mahmoud was released but after his family handed over the hard disc of his personal computer and the laptop of Nedal's uncle.
