3:40pm on Thursday 7 October 2010, an Israeli aircraft fired a missile at a Palestinian car in the street between Az-Zahra town and An-Nuseirat refugee camp in Middle Gaza district.
The car was attacked as it approached the northern entrance of the An- Nuseirat camp near the Gaza valley bridge.
The missile fell near the car.
As a result, a fire erupted in the car and the car was damaged.
Three persons who were in the car were injured.
They managed to leave the car before the arrival of civil defence and ambulances reached them.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan Centre for Human Rights, Yihya Mohammed Abu Jahjouh said that his wife and children were walking in the street when the attack took place.
As a result, his daughters, Anwar and Eshraq (10 and 2.
5 respectively) were injured in the limbs and the abdomen (also respectively).
The injured persons were admitted to Al Aqsa Hospital.
Their injuries were described as moderate.
