In the evening hours of Thursday 12 August 2010, the Gaza Government's internal security apparatus summoned three brothers: Fat'hi, Fakhri and Fikri Khalil Othman Abu Rawaa' (52, 40 and 38 respectively).
The three were ordered to appear at the apparatus office in Jabalia refugee camp in North Gaza district.
They were released in the morning on Friday 13 August 2010, but only after they were issued other summonses for 14 August 2010.
They presented themselves at the apparatus office on Saturday 14 August 2010.
They have since been detained.
