12:20pm on Saturday 31 July 2010, police found the dead body of Abdallah Mahmoud Abdallah M'ammar, 11, which was buried in an open area in the An-Nasser village north of Rafah town.
His body was referred to the forensic Department at Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.
On Thursday 29 July 2010, M'ammar was attending a wedding party at the An-Nasser village.
His family could not find him and reported his disappearance to the police, who opened an investigation.
The police arrested a suspect who, then, guided the police to the place of the dead body.
The police then arrested two other persons in relation to kidnap and murder.
The child was beaten in different parts of the body and he was suffocated to death.
The killers will be brought before presented before the prosecution in Rafah for investigation.
The killers are between 18-21 years old.
