12:30am on Wednesday 28 July 2010, twelve Israeli tanks and six armored bulldozers moved under heavy fire into the northwest of the town of Beit Hanoun in North Gaza district.
They advanced about 250 meters into the town.
According to Al Mezan's field investigations, bulldozers leveled the rubble of the destroyed buildings in the area and covered it with sand to prevent the Palestinian civilians from collecting rubble.
Bulldozers also dug deep holes in the area.
