9am on Saturday 8 May 2010, the Gaza internal security apparatus summoned Iskandar Mohammed Abdullah Al Hwaihi, 49, to its office in Jabalia refugee camp.
When he went there, he was arrested.
Al Mezan's lawyer inquired about Al Hwaihi and he found that Al Hwaihi was transferred to the internal security apparatus site in the Annsar compound in Gaza City.
Al Hwaihi is a retired brigadier who worked for the Palestinian national authority.
He is a member of Fatah revolutionary council.
He was in the West Bank and he came to the Gaza Strip on 5 May 2010.
He was interrogated by the Gaza security apparatus and then he was released.
