5pm on Wednesday 31 March 2010, a member of the Gazan security apparatus seized a flat belonging to Mustafa Mohammed Shurab, which is registered to his wife Manar Nimr Shurab, 30.
The family do not live there.
The flat is located on the 13 floor in the central Gaza tower that is located in Abu Mazen square, near the Fatah Referential office.
The police force broke the lock of the door and seized the flat.
Later in the evening, a group of women from the Shurab family went to the flat and found the the Nasar's family who had moved into the flat that very evening.
The Shurab women asked the Nasar family to leave the flat.
The Nasar family left and the women from the Shurab family stayed for two days.
On Saturday at 11 am on 3 April some police forces went to the flat and beat the Shurab's family women and forced them outside the flat.
The police then allowed the Nassar family to go back to the flat.
