Three persons were injured in three separate tunnel incidents on the Gaza-Egypt border. At app. 8:35am on Monday 15 February 2010, Husam Sami Abu Silmia,20, was injured in his right leg when the pulley line disconnected inside the tunnel that he was working inside on the Gaza-Egypt border . Abu Silmia, lives in the An-Nusirat refugee camp. In a separate incident, at app. 5:20pm on the same day, Amar Abdullah Saqir,21, was suffocated inside a tunnel as the tunnel collapsed under the Al Brazil neighborhood south of Rafah town. Saqir lives in Khan Younis. At app. 7:20pm on the same day, Akram Mohammed Ahmed Al Aryian,38, was injured as he fell in a tunnel shaft. Al Aryian lives in Khan Younis. According to medical sources at Abu Yousif An-Najar hospital, their injures are described as moderate.
