At approximately 10am, on Saturday,11August 2007, members of the Executive Force (EF) erroneously detained Mohammad Abdul Qader Muhammad Al Qalqili for six hours, and then released him after discovering that the wanted person was his younger brother Mahmoud, 19.
Mohammed was interrogated by the EF, and then was released after taking on oath that he was not involved in setting fire to a mosque in Al Bureije Refugee Camp, several weeks ago in the middle of the Gaza Strip.
