At approximately 6pm, on Sunday 26 August 2007, an Executive Force arrested Rami Ahmed Dahir Farajallah, 26, while he was walking in An-Nissirat Market, in middle the Gaza Strip.
The arrest took place after Farajallah had given a religious lecture in Thou An-Norain mosque, in An-Nussirat refugee camp.
the EF released him the next day after cuting his hair and forcing him to sign a pledge binding him to obtain prior permission from the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs should he wants to deliver any religious speech.
