At approximately 2:40am on 3 March 2008, an IOF drone fired one missile at a group of citizens near the Grand Palace Hotel, located on the beach in western Gaza City. As a result, one member of the Al Qassam Brigades, 20-year-old Ibrahim Said Al Masri, was killed, and three other citizens were injured with different wounds.
