IOF Incursion in Beit Hanoun, Kills Palestinian and Arrests Dozens

1am, on 21 April 2008, an IOF special unit entered on foot into eastern Beit Hanoun and reached the end of Al Masreen Street.
The unit took position on the farms and in the homes of two citizens: Jibril and Khalil Attallah Al Barawi Al Masri.
From these homes, the IOF opened fire at a group of young men gathered in the area.

Soon after, at app.
1:30am, eight IOF military vehicles entered eastern Beit Hanoun and remained stationed near the eastern border.

2:15am, the vehicles began to approach the special unit amid intensive fire and under drone cover, until they eached the end of Al Masreen Street and took combative positions.
Then the IOF opened fire at homes on Al Masreen Street and in Al Amal neighborhood.

3am, IOF drones fired two missiles at a group of young men in the area of the incursion.
As a result, 22-year-old Ekrema Mounir Abu Ouda was killed and others were injured.
Indiscriminate, intensive shooting and shelling continued until the IOF withdrew at app.
5am.
According to field investigations, the IOF arrested 27 citizens from the area and took them inside the eastern border line.
