10:30pm, on 21 April 2008, the IOF, stationed on the northern border line, opened fire intensively at a group of young men who approached the border line northwest Beit Lahia, killing three of them.
Several artillery missiles were launched on the vicinity of the area on the same time.
Those killed were identified as:
19-year-old Ibrahim Mahmoud Shalash , resident of An Nada towers area;
19-year-old Osman Ahmed Abu Hajar, resident of Al Shate' refugee camp, and;
20-year-old Fadi Jammal Salem, resident of Al Sheikh Radwan neighborhood.
During the fire, several artillery missiles were launched on the vicinity of the area.
The IOF admitted the killing of those three.
Ambulances were allowed to receive the bodies the next day at app.

11:10pm, on the same day, IOF warships fired several artillery missiles randomly on the same area and Beit Lahia beach.
