8pm on the 13th of March 2008, Members of the deposed government police dispersed a candle march that was organized by the National Labor Committee - which includes the PLO factions.
The march started in front of the office of Popular Front for Refugee in central Jabalia Camp, and moved to the north where the polices surrounded them and order them to disperse, claiming that the march was not authorized.
As the participant refused to comply with the order, the police dispersed them by force and beat some of the.
