Today marks the second anniversary of the General Assembly resolution “Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice on the Legal Consequences of the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem” (A/ES-10/L.
18/Rev.
1), which affirmed the Court’s findings of obligations borne by Israel and the international community of States in resolving the illegal situation of the Separation Wall that Israel has built across Palestine’s occupied West Bank.
