Israeli Gunboats Fire at Palestinian Fishing Boats in North Gaza District

At approximately 06:00 on Thursday, 24 November 2011, IOF naval vessels patrolling the Gaza Sea opened fire on Palestinian fishing boats north of Al-Waha resort off the coast of Beit Lahyia in North Gaza district.
The firing scared the fishermen on the boats and they sailed to land immediately.
No casualties or injuries were reported.
