An Explosion in Rafah Injures a Child

At approximately 11pm on Friday 6 May 2011, medical sources at Abu Yousif An-Najjar Hospital announced the injury of Ahmed Raouhi Al Jazzar, 16.
According to police sources, the child was injured while he was playing with an unknown explosive device near his house in the Yebna area in Rafah.
Medical sources reported that his fingers were amputated and described his injury as moderate.
