30 on 20 May 2009, IOF gunboats opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats at Rafah beach.
They also detained khalil Abdullah An-Najjar, 20, and his brother Ibrahim, 17, while they were on a boat in the open sea and took the to an unknown destination.
