IOF target a civilian car in Rafah

On 11 Sep.
at approximately 20:30, an IOF scouting jet fired two missile' the first unsuccessfully targeted at a civilian car in Rafah, and the drivers were able to escape, while the second landed in Al Saiyamat area the near site of the first attack.
The IOF resumed their attacks firing another missile on the same car, but no causalities were reported.
