Palestinian civilian killed by IOF in eastern Gaza

At approximately 18:00 on the 13th of Dec, the IOF opened fire at Alaa Ahmed Mikkawai, 20, in eastern al Shaja'ia neighborhood, near Karni Crossing.
Medical personnel rushed to the scene but Mikkawai was already dead upon their arrival.
