IOF detain three Palestinian fishermen

23rd, 2006 at app.
6:30pm, IOF present in a gunship facing Rafah seashore opened fire at three Palestinian fishermen while sailing and ordered them to join the gunship, the fishermen are: Samir Al Basaly, 18, Ismael Al Basaly, 19, who was arrested on Jan.
3rd, 2006 and released the following day, and Issam Khadr, 40 who is a disabled person.
