IOF Incursion in Al Bureij Kills One Child and Injurs Five Citizens

3:30am, on 6/1/2008, an IOF special unit penetrated the western border of Gaza and Israel, reaching the eastern area of Al Bureij refugee camp.
The IOF stormed into several houses and turned them into military barracks, including a three-story building of Hassan Abu Jary, 63.
Later, twelve IOF military vehicles entered the area and opened fire randomly.
The attack resulted in the injury of five citizens, two of whom sustained serious injury.

11am, medical sources in Shuhdaa Al-Aqsa Hospital announced the death of 17-year-old Ziad Abu Rukba.
He died after suffering a live bullet to his chest.
