IOF Incursion in Sofa Crossing; Two Killed and Three Injured

2:30am, on 28/5/2008, an IOF special unit entered under drone cover into the vicinity of Sofa Crossing, in northeast Rafah Governorate.
Thirty minutes later, several IOF military vehicles entered under heavy fire into the area between Al Shouka village in Rafah and Al Fokhari area in Khan Younis.
According to early reports, the IOF began to raid homes in that area in the early morning hours.

9:50am, an IOF drone fired one missile that landed in a room in An Nasser village, near Ghassan Al Kanafani Primary School in Rafah.
It landed 2.
5 kilometers from the area of the incursion.
As a result, 33-year-old Osama Al Ghoti and Abdel Aziz Mo'ner (age unknown) were killed.
Three others were injured: 17-year-old Moo'az Abu Lehessen, 36-year-old Ali Al Bioek, and 25-year-old Rami Saleh.
Some of them were reported to have sustained serious injuries.

9:45am that same day, an IOF drone shelled a group of people in Al Fokhari area, in northeast Khan Younis.
As a result, four citizens were injured.
They were reported to have sustained moderate injuries.
