15am, on 28 December 2008, the IOF fired a missile that hit a group of people who gathered in al Al-Qararah area, in eastern Khan Younis.
The shelling killed 22-year-old Ahmed As'ad Fayyad, and injured another who was reported to have sustained moderate injuries.
