Israeli Gunboats Open Fire at Palestinian Fishing Boats West of Beit Lahiya

At approximately 8:00 am on Monday 9 June 2014, Israeli gunboats opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats which were in the Gaza Sea north and west Al Waha area-near the maritime borders- west of Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district.
As a result, fishermen abandoned their work and left the area.
No injuries or causalities were reported.
