At around 9:00am on Wednesday, 20 November 2019, General Intelligence Apparatus of the Ministry Interior in Gaza detained Ramiz Mahmoud Abu Ghabin, 24. Al Mezan’s field investigations show that Ramiz went to the office of General Intelligence Apparatus in Jabaliya to answer their summons at 9:00am on Wednesday, 18 November 2019. There, he was detained and questioned about his posts_en on Facebook.
“An officer questioned me about my posts_en on Facebook, accusing me of misusing technology and defaming the security forces in Gaza,” said Ramiz. He was released at 13:00 on the same day.
