At around 23:00 on Monday, 28 October 2019, Israeli forces arrested two persons: Wissam Nahed Hafiz Abu Riziq, 17, and Mohammed Issa Salem Al-Hissi, 21, both residents of Al-Nasser in Rafah Governorate. They were arrested while trying to sneak across the separation fence, east of Rafah. On Sunday, 17 November 2019, Abu Riziq was released while Al-Hissi was kept in custody.
