At 7:30am on Tuesday, 13 March 2018, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen sailing off the coast of Al Waha area to the northwest of Beit Lahia city in North Gaza governorate. Israeli forces continued opening fire until 9:00am and pumped wastewater onto Palestinian fishing boats, forcing fishermen to stop their work and escape the sea in fear. No casualties were reported.
