At 8:45 am on Sunday, 4 March 2017, Israeli planes sprayed herbicides at agricultural fields located near the northern separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel. According to testimonials by local farmers, Israeli planes sprayed chemicals over hundreds of meters of farmlands near the northern borders of North Gaza governorate, beginning from the northern parts of Um Al Nasir village to the western shore of Beit Lahia.
