At approximately 5:30 pm on Sunday, 3 January 2016, force from the internal security apparatus in Gaza arrested journalist Ayman Ghazi Mustafa Al Aloul, 47, the correspondent of Al Forat Iraqi channel and the DW Germany channel. The force confiscated two laptops, one is for Al Aloul and the other is for his wife. Al Aloul is a resident of Al Sabra neighborhood, southern Gaza City.
According to Al Mezan’s lawyer, Ayman Al Aloul is in custody in Ansar security apparatus office and he’s prevented from lawyer and family visit for 48 hours.
