At approximately 9:00 am on Monday 28 January 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested businessman Nabeel Mahmoud Abdullah, 35, while he was at the Erez crossing between Gaza and Israel.
According to Al Mezan's field investigations, Abdullah applied to the Ministry of Civil Affairs to obtain permission to travel via Erez Crossing.
The Israeli security asked him to go to Erez Crossing for an interview with the Israeli intelligence services on 28 January 2013.
When Abdullah went there on that date, the IOF arrested him.
The IOF informed his family that he was detained.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Abdullah lives in Jabaliya and suffers asthma
