On 12/5/2007, at approximately 23:00, unknown armed men intercepted a civilian car in An Nafaq street in Gaza City, forced the driver Baker Abd Al Aziz Aziz, 50, out of it, and shot him in his left leg with a live bullet after severely beating him. The armed men stole the car and then fled.
