At app. 12:00, on 9 July 2007, armed Hamas men kidnapped Lo'ai as Saqqa, 31, an International Relations Officer in the Palestinian Preventive Security, in front of his house in Al Jalaa Street. As Saqqa was taken to the Intelligence Apparatus building in Al Shati' Refugee Camp, and then was released at app. 13:00 on 10 July 2007 after being interrogated.
