Time: 11 am Date: 7th May 2008 At app. 2am on the 7th of May 2008, the IOF penetrated one km deep into Abasan Al Jadida village, in eastern Khan Younis town, amid intensive fire. They razed agricultural land in the area, and broke into houses and turned them into military barracks after they confined the residents in single rooms. Seven Palestinian were injured in this incursion, two of them sustained serious injuries. This operation is still ongoing as this news is issued.
