On Monday 13 October 2008, at around 14:30, Kawthar Muhammad Annajar, 35, was shot in the chest and driven to Shuada, al-Aqsa Hpspital in Deir el-Balah city. She sustained moderate injuries. She was shot when her house, located in Maghazi refugee camp, was fired at in a clan fight.
