Issam Younis, the director of Al Mezan Centre for Human Rights, calls on the Ramallah and Gaza governments to put the Palestinian interests as their top priority and to immediately work to solve the problem of the electricity cuts- as it worsens  the already deteriorated human rights situation in the Gaza Strip.
