At 6:00pm on 11 March 2018, Israeli forces located on the eastern borders of Jabalia refugee camp took to detention Amir Ibrahim Al Muqayed, 34, as he approached the eastern separation fence. According to field monitoring, Al Muqayed was trying to cross the border fence when Israeli forces arrested him before taking him to a detention center in Ashkelon.
