Short Link:
On Wednesday, 28 June 2017, Nayef Abdulhadi MohammedElhaj, 55, died while in the European Gaza Hospital. He had obtained Form No. 1 as well as a referral scheduled on 21 June 2017 to Augusta Victoria Hospital in Jerusalem. His application remained “under security consideration” even though he had been approved to cross through Erez on 29 March 2017 when he had radiation for his prostate tumor, spreading into his bones. In three different times, Nayef’s application received the same result: “under security consideration” despite the fact that his appointment at Augusta Victoria Hospital would already be scheduled.
